Pretty dress! It turned out really well! I like the color too. =) This pattern is pretty easy and fun!
Your new blog looks great - the blue is truly you. :-)
A beautiful dress!
What did you use to make it, just a plain cotton? It looks lovely, I'm sure the fancy version will look fantastic. :)
Lovely new blog, by the way. Adding you to my blogroll!
The dress looks very lovely!! And to think that's a sheet =)
I was getting to that, Ella. =)
Kyriaki,
I made this out of a queen-size cotton flat bedsheet. We had bought this for the purpose of something like this, but I never thought it would look so nice.
I was quite pleasantly surprised.
That is a very pretty dress. I like the idea of the sheet. What pattern did you use?
That's a very nice dress! Really suits you! :-)
Yes, what pattern did you use?
The pattern is McCall's #3954.
Anna used the same pattern for her sister's bridesmaid dresses.
That is really pretty! So nice that your sample turned out nicely, for then you can wear it!
I like your new blog, and will certainly be stopping by in the future.
